The Silent Atlas: where do I start?

Choose Play. The opening practice lets you try each device safely; it does not spend or change your chapter progress. Open the book and enter The Harbour. Each chapter has a computer, a recording, a musical lock and a chest. Opening the chest saves its key and a musical fragment for the final vault.

The computer has two signals

Build one program that works on both signals. The target shows where the symbols must finish; the live row shows what your moves currently produce. Reverse reads backwards, Shift right moves the last symbol to the front, Swap pairs exchanges neighbours, and Remove noise deletes grey symbols. Tap the signal selectors to compare both. Hint shows one move at a time; running a program checks both signals.

How do I recover a tune?

Listen to the recording, then tap the same coloured symbols in the same order. You can replay it, slow it down or show its notes. The lit symbols provide the same information with sound off. Undo and Clear let you try again without losing a life.

The musical lock rejects my reply

The recording is the starting tune. Apply the recovered move to change its note order. For “last to first”, move only the final note to the front; do not reverse every note. Show move demonstrates the change without filling your answer. Match the short or long mark at each final position: tap a placed note to change its length. Separate Order and Length checks show which part still needs work.

How does the final vault work?

Follow the key symbols in the constellation from left to right. Find each key’s saved note and length in the fragments beneath it, then build that sequence on the pads. Tap a placed note to make it short or long. All five chapter keys and the Season 1 Pass are required.

Daily dispatches and discoveries

In versions with Daily dispatch, recovering your first story key opens a fresh two-move computer puzzle each local day. Completed dispatches earn permanent relics at collection milestones. There is no streak to lose. Your recent unfinished dispatches can be resumed from Your discoveries. Daily rewards do not replace story keys or unlock paid chapters.

Earlier colour-code challenges

Each reply mark belongs to the stone in the same position. A dot means the colour and position are right. A short dash means that colour belongs in the code elsewhere. A long dash means that occurrence is not used in the secret. These challenges allow eight turns. They are available among the extra modes in the chapter edition.

How do I change sounds or motion?

Open Settings on the main menu. You can switch sound effects, ambient music, haptics, and animated effects on or off, and adjust the sound level. Signal Room also respects the iPhone's Reduce Motion setting.

A Season 1 chapter or challenge is still locked

The Season 1 Pass is a permanent one-time purchase, not a subscription. It opens the rest of Season 1; chapter progression still applies. Open Season 1 Pass and select Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used to buy it. Purchases are processed by Apple. If it remains locked, email us with the app version, device model and a description of what happened. Please do not send payment card details.

Will reinstalling keep my progress?

Game progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app can remove that progress; the app currently has no account or cloud save. If you are changing devices, keep the old installation until you have confirmed what transferred with your iPhone backup.
