Echo: Descend does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The game has no account, no sign-in, no analytics service, no advertising, and no network connection of its own.
The game saves your progress so you can continue where you left off. That file is written to the app's own private storage on your device and is never sent anywhere. It contains:
Deleting the app deletes this file. There is no copy of it anywhere else.
Optional palettes can be bought inside the game. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple's App Store. We never see your payment details, and no payment information passes through the game or reaches us. Your record of purchase is held by Apple and restored by Apple when you reinstall.
If you choose to use Game Center, Apple handles your player identity and any scores you submit under Apple's privacy policy. Game Center is optional; declining it does not restrict any part of the game. We receive no personal information from it.
The game is not directed at children, collects nothing from anyone, and contains no advertising, no social features, and no user-generated content.
If a future version of the game ever collects anything, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the change will be described here.
