Effective date: 10 June 2026
Olympus Games ("we", "us", "our") publishes Apex Drift ("the Game"). This Privacy Policy explains what data the Game does and does not collect, and how it is used. We have written this in plain English on purpose.
The Game stores the following locally on your device, never transmitted to us:
If you are signed into iCloud on your device, the Game writes the above save data to Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage so it can be restored across your devices. This data is stored in your private iCloud account — Apple manages it, we have no access to it, and it is never shared with any third party. You can disable cloud sync by signing out of iCloud or by toggling iCloud Drive off for Apex Drift in iOS Settings.
The Game integrates with Apple's Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. When you complete a run, your score may be submitted to a public leaderboard under your Game Center alias. Apple manages Game Center; we receive only the public leaderboard rankings exposed by Game Center, never your underlying Apple ID. You can opt out by disabling Game Center in iOS Settings.
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We receive only the anonymous transaction receipt needed to verify your purchase and grant the item. We do not collect or store your payment information, billing address, Apple ID, or any other identifying information. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.
If you have Share With App Developers enabled in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements, Apple may send us anonymised crash logs. These logs contain no personal information — only stack traces and device model. We use them solely to fix bugs. You can disable this at any time in iOS Settings.
The Game does not collect any personal data from any user, including users under the age of 13. The Game is suitable for general audiences. If you believe a child has interacted with the Game in a way that concerns you, please email us.
We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we add a feature that changes how data is handled. We will update the Effective date at the top and post the new policy on this page. Material changes will be announced in the Game's release notes.
