Triagles — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Triagles mobile game (“the App”), published by Veratus Games (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms incorporate Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). Where these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA conflict, the term that is more protective of you, the end user, applies.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and the Apple Standard EULA.

2. In-app purchases and virtual items

The App offers optional in-app purchases for in-game coins, feature unlocks, and similar virtual items (“Virtual Items”).
Virtual Items have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or anything of value, and are licensed to you — not sold.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store Terms. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or under Apple’s refund policies.
We may add, change, manage, or discontinue Virtual Items and their pricing at any time. Virtual Items are forfeited if your licence ends or the App is withdrawn, and have no cash value upon termination.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except to the extent permitted by law; (b) exploit bugs, cheat, or use unauthorized third-party software, automation, or modifications to gain an unfair advantage; (c) disrupt or interfere with the App or other players; or (d) use the App for any unlawful purpose.

4. Game Center

The App may use Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Your use of Game Center is governed by Apple’s terms and Privacy Policy. We may reset, adjust, or remove scores or achievements that we reasonably believe were obtained through cheating, exploits, or manipulation.

5. Intellectual property

The App and all of its content — including artwork, design, audio, and code — are owned by Veratus Games or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the licence granted above, these Terms do not transfer any rights to you.

6. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that progress or Virtual Items will always be preserved.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veratus Games and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or progress, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your licence to use the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 2, 5, 6, 7, and 9) will survive.

9. Apple

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Veratus Games only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal/regulatory, or intellectual-property claims.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except as otherwise required by the Apple Standard EULA or by mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
