Triagles (“the App”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is developed and published by Veratus Games (“the Studio”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App does and does not collect. Triagles is built to be privacy-respecting: the App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to us.
We do not collect personal information. Specifically, the App:
The App saves your game progress and preferences locally on your device only, using Apple’s standard on-device storage. This includes data such as your level progress, stars, in-game coin balance, purchased items, and settings (sound, music, haptics). This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed when you delete the App.
If you choose to use Game Center, the App submits your scores and achievement progress to Apple’s Game Center service so that leaderboards and achievements can function. Game Center is operated by Apple, and your use of it is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your Game Center identity, and you can disable Game Center in your device settings.
The App offers optional in-app purchases (for example, in-game coins and feature unlocks). All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive, see, or store your payment card or billing information. Apple’s handling of your purchase information is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Triagles is built with the Unity engine. Unity Technologies may process limited technical information in connection with the engine runtime, as described in Unity’s Privacy Policy. The App does not enable Unity Analytics or any Unity gameplay-data service.
Triagles is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not collect personal information from anyone, no personal information is collected from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will address it.
Because we do not collect, hold, sell, or share any personal information about you, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict, and we do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under applicable law. Game Center and purchase information are handled by Apple — please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy and your Apple account settings to manage that information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
