This policy explains how the Nibwell app (the "App") handles your information. It applies to the App only.
None. The App does not collect personal data. It contains no advertising, no analytics or telemetry, no third-party tracking SDKs, and does not request your name, email, location, contacts, or device advertising identifier.
Your game progress and settings (such as best scores, unlocked content, and accessibility preferences) are saved locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you delete the App.
Optional in-app purchases (the full-game unlock and cosmetic ink sets) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment details. Purchase handling is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you choose to play online multiplayer ("Battles"), Apple's Game Center manages player identity and matchmaking. Nibwell does not operate its own servers and does not store your information; any data handled by Game Center is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Nibwell is rated suitable for all ages (4+). Because the App collects no personal data, it does not knowingly collect information from children or anyone else.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
